Our teams
We are organised into five levels of
responsibility: Partners, Directors, Managers, Associates
and Analysts.
Partners and Directors have
a long and rich experience in consulting and various business
sectors. They share their know-how in strategic thinking,
organisation and cost-control with the managers of client
organisations.Above all, they are concerned with achieving
the assignment’s objectives and earning client trust.
Our partners and directors are : Mika

Célereau de Clercq et Didier
Auger.
Managers are responsible
for day-to-day contact with our clients. They ensure that
Izsak Grapin et Associés honours its commitments to
deadline compliance, service quality and client satisfaction.
Associates are usually
responsible for a particular area within a project. They bring
to the project their technical competencies (analytical ability,
experience in project management, implementing change, etc.)
as well as their interpersonal skills.
Analysts are young consultants,
with qualifications from major business schools or holders
of double engineering and MBA degrees. Within a given project,
they are responsible for producing analyses (defining problems,
hypotheses, analyses and syntheses), under the supervision
of a Manager or an Associate.
