Isabelle graduated from ESSEC,
CNAM and the ETP (European Training Programme in Japan).
She joined Sema Group Management Consultants in 1988,
after she had been in charge of international negociations
at the French ministry of agriculture. During 12 years,
she worked on regional economic development issues and
industrial restructuring projects.
In 2000, Isabelle joined Izsak
Grapin & Associes. Since then she has conducted many
strategy and organisation projects. In particular, she
has developed a strong experience in employee mobilisation
during strategic changes such as the end of state monopolies
or rebrandings.
Beside her professionnal career,
Isabelle practices yoga and ski. She is also passionate
for Mediterranean and Asian cultures, especially litterature
and calligraphy, but what she prefers is travelling
in these regions.
