Jean-Francis Harris graduated from Stanford University, and then received an MBA from HEC (ISA), he has spent most of his career in the strategy and management consulting industry.

He began as a consultant at Ressource Planning Associates, and later became Vice-President at the MAC group (which was known as Gemini Consulting as of 1991), he then joined Izsak Grapin & Associes as a partner. Jean Francis is mostly interested in the evolutions of strategic thought, as well as the practices in organisations optimisation.

When he has time, he can be seen improving his swing on a golf course.
