Didier graduated from Science Po Paris and holds an MBA from HEC. He also holds a master in shipping from ESC Le Havre. He worked for 10 years in see and road transport at a major shipowner company. He became country manager and then worked at the corporate level in marketing and audit.

He joined Izsak Grapin & Associes in 1998 and since then, he has developed a high impact on results consulting practice, especially in complex economic or political contexts. His main area of competences are strategy (he has improved the roadmapping methodology), organisation and operational optimisation. He best knows the transport, tourism, telecom and industrial equipment industries.

When not working, Didier takes great interest in History. He also enjoys sailing with his family.
