In addition, on a day-to-day basis, our consultants’ competences should always be on the leading edge.

Therefore, we have set up skills groups. These groups develop the knowledge, methods and tools that have proved useful to our clients. Then, they are passed on to the other consultants through training modules or sessions. These groups also publish the results of their work (see our publications).

We select topics identified as important for the future of our clients. Some skills groups are permanent. Other deal with specific topics over a shorter term. Every consultant is involved. The groups benefit from the experience of more senior consultants as well as the fresh perspective of younger ones.
The groups also rely on collaboration with our academic partners.
